Dear Fairfield families: If your child is in grades 1st through 11th they will be bringing a form home for a Jackie Stiles basketball camp that we are having here at our school. Please consider looking at it and signing your child up if they are interested. This is a great opportunity for our students here at Fairfield. We ask to have the forms turned back in by May 2nd. Middle school and high school students can turn the form into the high school office and elementary students need to turn the form into their teacher.”

Thank You and Hats Off to Fairfield Social Worker Mrs. Janet Barlow!!!
March is the month of Social Work and highlights the important role of social workers in our society and in our schools. The theme for 2022 is “The Time is Right for Social Work” and we want to honor our Fairfield USD #310 Social Worker, Mrs. Janet Barlow. For 12 years Mrs. Barlow has served the students, families, staff and communities of our school district. She has worked in countless ways to help meet needs and to help make our district a better place to be. Mrs. Barlow has helped to drive positive change at Fairfield and has facilitated the social and emotional growth program, the character education program, support group sessions, and many other services/programs. Hats off to this incredible lady who has done so much for Fairfield Schools! Thank you, Mrs. Barlow, for all you have done to help so many of us!

Join us on Friday for the Cattlemen's Ball!

This week the first graders read a story called, “So You Want to Grow a Taco?” They learned about how you can make real corn tortillas, and where the other fixings for tacos come from. (We’re thankful for farmers!)
Today the students got to enjoy homemade cheese quesadillas in class!
This morning Mrs. Nisly and her husband got up at 5am to make and press real corn tortillas!
Kinlee Keener’s Nana, Jayrena Beshears, donated some of her homemade salsa.
Mrs. Knoche worked super hard and bought the cheese from Walmart. Ha!
Fun times in Grade One!

Mark your calendars!

Due to road conditions, Fairfield will have a two hour delay tomorrow. No vo-tech buses and no breakfast served.
