Dianne’s bus was involved in a minor incident with a deer while on the route to school this morning. There were no injuries to students or staff, and there was no damage to the bus.

Schedule for next week's HS mid-season tournament.
There will be no transportation to HCTEA Thursday and Friday of this week. HCTEA students are welcome to attend those classes but it will not be counted against them if they are not in attendance.
Faithweavers at the Arlington Church has been cancelled for this evening due to the widespread illness.

The purpose of this message is to inform you that due to a significant rise in student and staff illness, school will be closed on Thursday, January 15th and Friday, January 16th and all after school activities have been cancelled for today.
The basketball games scheduled for this Thursday and Friday at Skyline have been postponed to a later date as well and there will be no practices held on either of these days.
The decision was made out of an abundance of caution to protect the health and well-being of our students, staff, and families.
Our night custodian will be fogging the buildings to help disinfect any germs still hanging around and we will continue to monitor the situation closely and will provide updates as needed. Thank you for your understanding and continued support.

Just a quick reminder about our Spelling Bee happening tomorrow in the auditorium.

Congratulations to the FHS Scholar's Bowl team. They competed at Russell today and finished with a 4-3 record and a 3rd place finish! Way to go Falcons!
