Fairfield Community, We have been notified that an individual at Fairfield has tested positive for COVID-19. Any persons who were considered a “close contact “ of the individual have been contacted and will need to quarantine. If you have not been notified, you may assume your student was not affected. Although notification to all families is not required, we feel sharing this information with our Fairfield family is important. Our priority is to keep our students and staff safe and healthy while providing an exceptional education. Please continue to wash your hands, wear a face mask, and practice social distancing. Thank you.
The High School Boys Basketball team has an online store open for business. This store is only open for a short period of time, so act fast! A small portion of each garment sold is donated to the team as a fundraiser!
Each player on the team is required to order the "DriFit Long Sleeve Tee" as this will be our warmup top before games.
Thanks for supporting your Falcons!

FROM RENO COUNTY: We need your help to curb the spread of COVID-19, prevent our hospital from being overwhelmed, and protect our neighbors from critical illness! Hutchinson Regional Medical Center, Hutchinson Clinic, the City of Hutchinson, and the Reno County Health Department are asking all Reno County residents to take the COVID Cut-Off 10-Day Challenge, November 4-13.
During these 10 days, we’re asking for a commitment from residents to:
Wear a mask AND distance 6 feet at all times in indoor spaces (outside of home), plus maintain at least 6 feet of distance outdoors.
Avoid being indoors with non-household members except for school, work that can’t be done from home, and activities deemed absolutely essential.
Work from home, if possible, and hold meetings online rather than in person.
Hold gatherings online rather than in person, and avoid situations that involve singing, refreshments, and other high-risk activities.
Support local stores by wearing a mask, social distancing when in person, and if possible, ordering online or by phone with curbside delivery.
Support local restaurants by getting take-out rather than dining in.
Continue to maintain healthy behaviors by keeping up with routine physician, dental, and eye appointments.
Maintain a balanced diet and routine exercise.
Let's all do our part to curb the spread of Covid-19!

We remain in the RED Zone with 340 cases and a 21% PTR in Reno County; this excludes prisoner cases. Next week will proceed just as this past week did, with students attending in small cohort groups that do not mix. Thanks to everyone for your support and patience as the uptick in our county’s cases affects schedules and changes plans. We stay committed to keeping our campus safe for our students and employees. We want our students to be able to learn on campus if at all possible, so we are continuing with our mitigation protocols.
