Here is information about the basketball sub-state games for Fairfield High School:
FHS Girls: The Lady Falcons play St. John this Thursday night at Fairfield at 7 pm. Funds raised from the night's concession stands will go towards the Debra Zongker Memorial Scholarship, so plan on eating here Thursday if you can.
FHS Boys: The FHS Falcon Boys will play Skyline this Friday night at Skyline at 7 pm.

Tonight, Tuesday, February 21st, FHS will host Central Christian. The order of play will be: 4:00--JV girls (2 quarters); 4:45--JV boys; 6:00--Varsity girls; and 7:30--Varsity boys. We will honor our senior basketball players between the varsity games. Please come out and support our falcons!
The FMS Wrestling team traveled to Herington yesterday and did very well. The team was composed of Natalie Lofton, Emma Mathes, Tagan Metzer, Rylee Wente, and Caleb Willard. Natalie won all three of her matches, and Tagan won two. Emma and Caleb won one each. Congratulations Falcon wrestlers!

Today, the 8th grade class held their mock trial for the book "The Pigman" with Judge Juenemann presiding. After many heated debates, the Defense won, but both teams presented compelling arguments!
Yesterday, three Junior High Falcons competed in wrestling at Pratt. Caleb Willard placed 4th, and Natalie Lofton and Tagan Metzger each placed 2nd in their divisions. Congratulations to these athletes.

The FMS wrestlers did very well at yesterday's meet In Minneapolis. Tagan Metzger took first, Natalie Lofton took second, and both Rylee Wente and Jessica Zapien placed third. Additionally, Caleb Willard and Emma Mathes took fourth place. Congratulations!

Heather's After School bus is running late by 15-20 minutes this evening.
Yesterday, two lady Falcons attended regional wrestling at Wellington. Kyle Haskins competed, but did not place in the top four. Sierra Lanning placed 4th and qualified for the 4-1A state tournament that will be held on February 22-23 in Salina.
