
The start time for the FMS track meet at Pretty Prairie tomorrow has been moved to 12:00 pm. Students will leave the school at 10:30. Sack lunches will be provided.

Due to scheduling conflicts, the middle school drama club play, "The Brothers Grimm Spectaculathon," has been rescheduled for May 10. Shows will be at Fairfirld at 9 am for elementary and 7 PM for the public.


FHS had a great day at Regional Music Festival in Larned with 7 events entered and and 3 making state. Jacob, Abby, and the FHS ladies vocal ensemble are state bound on April 27. All our soloists had great personal growth this year and should be proud of their accomplishments!




Track and Tennis Practice for today have been cancelled. Activity buses will still run due to After-School.


The Turon activity bus today will be running about 20 minutes late. Sorry!

BUS CHANGE- For 3/27/2019 ONLY! Arlington students that ride Tyler Eash's bus will have a 15 minute early start. This means that the first pick up will start at 6:30 a.m. This is for the morning route only.

Students in Mrs. Lubbers government class traveled to Topeka on Thursday, March 14.



USD 310 will have four board member positions available. This is an elected position.


THANK YOU to everyone who helped support our book fair! We had over $3,700 in sales. We will receive 70% of the total sales in profits! Every bit of this will help our school. This may have been our best fair yet! We even had a special visit from Clifford the Big Red Dog!

Cale Dattilo and Luella Hasson who were the winners of the raffle baskets at the book fair. Also congratulations to Mrs. Danielle Prieb who won the teacher raffle box. You can pick up your raffle boxes Monday after Spring Break.

if you have students who are planning to attend HutchCC this fall, they have the opportunity to sign up and attend one of the local enrollment days on either Friday, April 5 or Friday, April 12. Students sign up at www.hutchcc.edu/local. These days are specifically designed to enroll the area high school students. If students are unable to make one of those dates, they can sign up for an open enrollment day by going to www.hutchcc.edu/enroll. These are scheduled for April 27th, May 31st, June 21st, or July 19th.

Congratulations to Ava Zimmerman and William McIver for being Fairfield winners of the Hutchinson News’ annual Design-An-Ad contest. These two students were among 755 Reno County fourth graders who participated this year. Congratulations to Ava & William!

FMS Cheer Tryouts are coming for this year's 7th & 8th graders only. Must be eligible & attend at least one practice. Practices are 3/26 & 3/28 (3:30-5:30). Tryouts are 3/29 (3:30-5:30) & they are closed to public. Activity bus is available all week. Questions? shewitt@usd310.org
