Tonight the FHS Basketball Teams travel to Ellinwood with tip-off at 4:30 pm for the JV Girls. Varsity Girls will begin at 6:00 pm, followed by Varsity Boys close to 7:30 pm.

Congratulations to FHS Senior Jacob Bauman, who recently signed his Letter of Intent to play football as a Sterling College Warrior. Jacob Bauman's senior season led to several honors, including All-League, All-District, and All -Reno County as a Punter and a Tight End. He also made both the SIK and the KSHSAA All -State lists as a punter. Congratulations to Jacob and his family!

Tomorrow, Thursday, January 6, Fairfield will have a two hour delayed start due to the extreme wind chill. There will be no morning routes into Hutchinson. There will also be no breakfast served. School starts tomorrow at 10 am.

Fairfield Middle School has home basketball games in the main gym on Thursday, 1/6/2022. Things start at 4 pm with the "B Team Girls," followed by the "B Team Boys" at approximately 5 pm. The "A Team Girls" will begin around 6 pm, followed by the "A Team Boys" at approximately 7 pm. Come to school to support your FMS Falcons. They will be playing South Barber.

The FHS Varsity Basketball Teams will travel to Chase tonight with the girls' game beginning at 6:00 pm, followed by the boys' game. There will be no JV games at Chase tonight.

Six FHS football players have recently been named to the "All-Reno County High School Football Team." These athletes include two seniors who made the first team: Griffin Fischer for Offensive Line and Jacob Bauman for Special Teams/Punter. Honorable Mention Selections include Brady Fowler (Quarterback); Hunter Brown (Defensive Line); Ashtin Cochran (Defensive Back); and Azeke Cochran (Linebacker). We are proud of these Falcons!
