PreK-5th grade will be using signup genius to schedule Parent Teacher conferences for Monday, October 28th and Tuesday the 29th. A link and QR code will be sent to each primary email on file in Goedustar. If your email has changed, please notify the elementary office and we will get that changed. Your child's teacher has the link as well and may share it through any communication applications they use.
FHS Will play at the HOPL League VB @ Attica this Saturday 10/12 starting @ 9:00. The bracket is attached

Calling all preschool-3rd grade students at Fairfield. If you would to be part of our Ag literacy night come to the Turon park on October 16th at 6:00 PM. We will read Halloween library books and carve pumpkins.
We would like to invite all of the Lil Falcon cheer participants to aid in the flag ceremony on Friday night. If your child is participating. in Lil Falcon cheer and would like to be apart of the flag ceremony, please have them meet Mr. Lanning at 6:40 on the north end of the football field Friday night.

Friday night is Pink out Night for our game against Pretty Prairie. Pack the stands and wear all your pink gear in support of breast cancer awareness!
This is just a reminder about Lil Falcon Cheer practices this week.
When: Practices will be tonight,Monday, October 7th and Wednesday, October 9th from 6:00-7:00 pm.
Where: Practice will be out on the track weather permitting. If not, then we will be in the big gym. The game performance will be during halftime of the High School Football game on Friday, October 11th.
A snack and drink will be provided, however participants are welcome to bring their own water bottles also.

Retake Picture Day is 10/15/2024! If you're satisfied with your child's picture, no further action is required.
If you purchased and were unhappy with your Picture Package, please send your Picture Package to school with your student on Retake Day. Your Retake Picture Package will be produced and shipped to the school four weeks after Retake Day. Please note, if your child is photographed on the original and Retake Picture Days, the Retake picture will replace the original picture in certain products, like the yearbook.
Students who were absent for Picture Day should come to school prepared to have their picture taken. If you have not preordered, please use the Retake Order Code 87326GF to place your order at https://inter-state.com/Order. To see your Order History, check your Inter-State Account.
There will be no High School JV Football game on Monday due to low numbers for both teams.

We are reaching out to remind you that your family qualifies for Summer EBT (Electronic Benefit Transfer) benefits this year based on your participation in the free and reduced-priced meals program during the 2023-24 school year. This program provides $120 in grocery assistance during the summer months when school meals are not available for income-eligible students to receive free and reduced-priced meals at school.
To receive these benefits, you must create an account with the Department of Children and Families and apply for the SEBT.
Act soon, because the form deadline ends on October 15th! You will be asked to provide your name, your child’s name, school, date of birth, and address. You will also be asked to report your household’s income. To apply, you do not need to provide any other documents or information, including your social security number or proof of citizenship. Benefits will be distributed within 15 days of a form being submitted.

*While many families received this benefit through auto-issuance, if you believe your children qualify but have not received this benefit, please apply by October 15th.
