We have two elementary students who were at school yesterday and then tested positive for COVID today (12/8/21.) We have contacted the parents of all students that are close contacts, and we are working with the Reno County Health Department. If you have not been contacted, it means your child is not considered a close contact of the positive individuals. However, it is always important to monitor for symptoms, which may appear 2-14 days after exposure to the virus. People with these symptoms may have COVID-19: fever or chills, cough, shortness of breath or difficulty breathing, fatigue, muscle or body aches, headache, new loss of taste or smell, sore throat, congestion or runny nose, nausea or vomiting, and diarrhea. Thank you for your help and cooperation.
Middle School Dance on Saturday, December 11 at the Abbyville Community Center from 6-9 pm. 6th grade bring deserts, 7th grade bring drinks and 8th grade bring snacks or chips.

The FHS boys basketball team lost 34-41 to Lincoln.
The FHS Lady Falcons defeated Lincoln tonight in a close game.
