School is set to open on August 18th and our faculty/staff are busy getting ready to welcome back our awesome students. Last night the USD #310 Board of Education voted 6 to 1  NOT to require masks at the start of the school year. However, that could be subject to change if things drastically worsen with COVID-19. Here is a copy of our current reopening plan, subject to change as the situation develops.  There are many more specific actions that we are taking to protect everyone, but this plan hits the general areas of what we will be doing.

Your school board and your school leadership team are committed to keeping our students and faculty/staff safe at school. We will again be using our specialized COVID-19 cleaning protocol. We will still avoid large group situations and encourage social distancing whenever possible. Because of a federal mandate, we will be required to use masks on all forms of district transportation. For this we have no choice.

If you have questions or concerns about this plan, please contact your building principal (PK-5 dsanromani@usd310.org or 7-12 jmathes@usd310.org) or you can contact the superintendent (bmckinney@usd310.org) as well. Thanks for your cooperation. Let's all get ready for school year 2021-2022, and let's make it a great one!
