Fairfield students participate in wrestling
Even though Fairfield does not have their own wrestling team, there are two students from Fairfield who wrestle through a cooperative agreement with Stafford. Those two students are Logan Serviss (Sr) and Daisy Raburn (So).
Raburn just took 3rd place at the State Girls Wrestling tournament in McPherson. She will still participate in the next couple of meets - one at Beloit and (hopefully) at the State Boys meet in Hays. Good luck and great season, Daisy!
This week, Serviss will also participate at Regionals in Beloit. If he makes 4th place or higher, he will advance on to the State competition in Hays. So far this season, Logan has taken a 1st place medal at Flinthills, 2nd at Larned and at Herington, 3rd at Circle and 4th at Hoisington and Herington Invitational.
